Dr Faisal Bachok
General Practitioner –
MBBS (Adelaide), FRACGP, FACRRM

I began my medical career in 2002 at Modbury Hospital and went on to practise across rural South Australia, including Jamestown, Port Augusta, and Wallaroo. These experiences shaped my commitment to accessible, holistic care – particularly for patients in underserved areas.
Alongside clinical practice, I’ve been actively involved in mentoring junior doctors and contributing to medical education, which I believe is essential for the future of healthcare.
My key areas of interest include:
- Emergency Medicine – Timely, effective care in acute situations
- Preventative Health – Helping patients take proactive steps toward wellness
- Chronic Disease Management – Tailored care for long-term conditions
- Men’s Health – From routine screenings to complex care
- Occupational Health – Promoting recovery and workplace wellbeing
I focus on building strong, collaborative relationships with my patients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
